2. Account Creation

Users are permitted to create an account on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You are allowed to create only one free account per domain. Creating 2 free accounts on the same domain will require Our written approval;

3. User-Generated Content

Users can create and/or upload content, such as text and images, on the Website. By doing so, you agree to comply with our Content Guidelines and any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Subscription Plans

Rush Sender offers subscription plans for the purchase of goods and services. By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to abide by the terms and pricing associated with that plan.

By accepting the terms of service when you sign up, you allow us to send you emails such as leads, product updates, newsletter and more. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We currently offer users a freemium subscription that grants access to and use of the Website and Services at no cost. However, additional features and specifications may be accessed for a fee, as detailed on the Website (referred to as "Fees"). We reserve the right to introduce new services, modify subscription specifications, impose fees, or alter existing prices and Fees at our discretion.

The subscription operates on a monthly or yearly basis and is renewed automatically. Users are required to provide their credit card information through the Website's system for prepayment. Unless the User requests to terminate the subscription, the system will automatically process payments on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the User's chosen billing cycle. Users have the option to discontinue the automatic charge at any time. Upon discontinuing the charge, the User will retain access to the system until the end of the prepaid subscription period. If, in practice, the credit card cannot be charged, the Rush widget in the User's account will cease functioning.

User Content

Rush Widget enables you to submit User Content (such as links to your social chat channels), which may be hosted, shared, and/or published as part of the Service and may be visible to the public.

In connection with your User Content, you confirm, represent, and warrant the following:

(a) You possess exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to all of Your User Content.

(b) Your User Content and our use of it, as contemplated by this Agreement and the Service, will not violate any laws or infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property and privacy rights.

Notwithstanding the above, by submitting User Content, you hereby grant Rush Widget, its subsidiaries, assigns, agents, and licensees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.

We do not assume responsibility or liability for any User Content submitted by you, other users, or third parties on the Website. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it. You acknowledge that we are acting as a passive conduit for presenting your User Content. You understand and agree that you may come across User Content that is inaccurate or unsuitable for your purposes, and we shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of User Content. User Content does not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Rush Widget, and we make no guarantees regarding its validity, accuracy, or legal status.

Rush Widget reserves the right to refuse to publish any User Content or to remove or edit User Content (in whole or in part) at any time if we have reason to believe that your use of the Services and/or the Website violates these Terms.
